The Perpetual Software License for Customized Applications System
is based on the number of forms:

Billing is based on A4 size. Any document smaller than A4 will
be rounded up and charged as a full A4 sheet

Application system development is quoted based on the number
of forms included. Each form is treated as a functional unit
and priced accordingly.

By leveraging the built-in AI engine of the Form-World
platform, we generate customized database application systems
tailored to users' specific requirements, with full automation
of data processing, including 64-bit floating point operations

The form could be: bmp, jpg, tif, gif, png format image file,
PDF/Word/Excel/PPT file. If you have a lot of hardcopy paper
form, you could scan those form as above format file.

The approval process is divided into multiple levels (e.g.,
Level 1 approval, Level 2 approval, etc.). There is no limit
to the number of levels, and each level can incorporate
logical operations such as AND or OR conditions.

Fields in the Form support storing various file types, such as
JPG, BMP, PNG, TIF, GIF, PDF, Word, Excel, PPT file and all
format files, or Text, String, Number and so on.
Option 2): Cloud Storage Service
Form-World platform could be deployed on-premises, but we also
provide cloud storage service, include URL SSL certification.
